ABOUT US.
M4 Track Tyres is based at Hangar 88, Hullavington Airfield, Chippenham, Wiltshire. We help drivers find tyres for trackdays, motorsport and performance driving.

TERMS & CONDITIONS.
Enquiries, not online orders. This website is a catalogue and enquiry service. Sending an enquiry does not place an order or create a contract to buy.
Prices and availability. Tyre sizes, specifications, pricing, availability and any applicable delivery or collection charges must be confirmed directly by M4 Track Tyres. Catalogue listings do not guarantee stock.
Product suitability. Please check tyre fitment, vehicle requirements and intended use before ordering. Some competition tyres may have restrictions on road use; ask us if you are unsure.
Orders and returns. Track tyres are supplied on a non-returnable basis for change-of-mind returns, except where a legal right to cancel applies. This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty, damaged or not as described. Payment, delivery and any applicable cancellation arrangements should be confirmed with us before purchase.

What we collect. When you contact us or submit a tyre enquiry, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, tyre requirements and the details you include in your message.
Why we use it. We use enquiry details to respond, check tyre availability, provide quotations and deal with subsequent orders or customer service. We process enquiries on the basis of legitimate interests in responding to requests and, where relevant, steps taken before entering a contract.
Who handles it. Website hosting and enquiry-processing providers may process information on our behalf. We do not sell customer enquiry details.
Retention and rights. We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for enquiries, orders and applicable legal obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion of personal data, subject to legal exceptions, by emailing info@m4tracktyres.co.uk. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
